Terms of Service

Using Reply Copilot means you agree to the terms below. We've written them in plain English. They cover what we provide, what we ask of you, billing, and the usual liability things lawyers insist on.

Last updated: May 4, 2026

1. The service

Reply Copilot is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that drafts replies to marketplace buyer messages using AI. We provide the software, the AI generation, the activity history, and the knowledge base/voice configuration tools.

2. Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 to sign up.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password and API token safe.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Workspaces let you collaborate with teammates.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Reply Copilot to:

  • Send spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
  • Mislead buyers about products, shipping, refunds, or anything material.
  • Violate the marketplace's own terms — your seller account is yours to keep compliant.
  • Reverse-engineer the service, scrape the API beyond your own data, or interfere with other users.
  • Process data you don't have the right to process.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it unless the violation is severe.

4. AI-generated drafts

Drafts come from a large language model. They are drafts— you decide what to send. We don't guarantee any draft is accurate, on-brand, or appropriate for a given situation. Review every draft before sending.

You're responsible for what gets sent under your seller account, including any commitments the model phrasing might imply.

5. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: we'll prorate honestly if something on our end breaks. Outside that, fees are non-refundable.
  • Failed payments after 7 days' notice may pause your account.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

6. Your content, your IP

You own your knowledge base documents, voice configurations, and any drafts you generate. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them only as needed to provide the service.

We own the software, the dashboard, the extension, and the visual design. You get a non-exclusive, revocable license to use them while your account is active.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your buyer messages, listing context, and configuration as confidential. We don't share them with anyone except the subprocessors listed in our privacy policy, and only as needed to run the service.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't promise it. We may have planned maintenance, occasional outages, or third-party disruptions. We'll keep you informed when something significant breaks.

9. Disclaimers

Reply Copilot is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost sales, or loss of goodwill arising from AI-generated drafts.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service any time. We can terminate accounts for material breach of these terms — including the acceptable-use rules — with notice unless the breach makes notice infeasible. After termination, we delete your data per our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. For material changes, we'll email account holders at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms. Old versions are archived and available on request.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
