What will Reply Copilot for Amazon do?
It adds a Draft button inside Buyer-Seller Messages in Seller Central. One click drafts a reply to the buyer using the order context and your shop policies, in your own voice. You review, edit if needed, and send through Amazon as normal.
Does it work with Amazon’s 24-hour response rule?
That is exactly the problem it attacks. Amazon expects buyer messages answered within 24 hours, including weekends, and slow responses hurt your account health. Drafts in seconds make same-hour replies realistic even for a one-person shop.
Will it need SP-API approval or account access?
No. Like our eBay extension, it works inside the Seller Central pages you already have open in Chrome. Nothing sends automatically and no API keys are involved.
When does Amazon support launch?

Can I use Reply Copilot today if I also sell on eBay?
Yes. eBay support is live now with the same drafting loop: install the Chrome extension, open a buyer message in Seller Hub, and click Draft.
