Install from the Chrome Web Store

Recommended — auto-updates, signed by Chrome, one click to add.

Or install manually (developer mode)

For testers, contributors, or anyone who wants the latest pre-release build.

Download reply-copilot-extension.zip and unzip it.
Open chrome://extensions in a new tab.
Toggle Developer mode on (top-right corner).
Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
Pin the extension from the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar, then click it to open the side panel.

Why developer mode?

Chrome only auto-installs extensions from the Web Store. Until our review clears, manual install is the only path. Once we're live, a one-click install replaces this whole flow — your existing dashboard account keeps working without changes.
